Islam Al-Khiyami started his music career in 2016 through an interview on the Egyptian Television. He is known as “The Human Instrument” which made the audience curious and impressed by his performance after watching several of his videos on social media. During 2017 and 2018 his videos got millions of views which drew attention to many newspapers and websites such as “Al-Dustour Newspaper, Sada Al-Balad, FelFan, And The Egyptians Views Newspaper” to speak about what he has created in music over the past years.
Joining different television advertisements was one more reason of his fame. One of the most famous ads was back in 2018 for the Egyptian Telecom Company in preparation for the World Cup. An announcement with Jumia Shopping Company in the same year, Al-Khiyami succeeded in a few years to reap the admiration of millions of fans through social networking sites by playing 4 different musical instruments without using any instrument and embodying the same instrument with the sounds of the mouth.

After that, Al-Khiyami decided to display his talent on the pages of social networking sites, it was already very popular that some did not believe that it was real and doubted that there was an instrument playing in the background and only moved his lips, expressing his happiness with these comments. He mentioned again: “I was able to do something that some people couldn’t believe, that this music is from my mouth and thought I’m a liar and this is a sign of success. “
